I'm not eligible since I'm in Canada so just a quick post in memory of my late father who was a proud member of Ironworkers Local 721 on this Labour Day.

Nice gesture. I've always been management, never a member. But I bet I'm the only Manager who ever started a Union. Felt I had to in order to protect my workers from Goverment geniuses who thought they could save a bit on the backs of my guys and gals. The bureaucrats thought they didn't need all those wasteful benefits they'd had for over twenty years.
