It doesn't have a specific model number - just the size. I used the with my DA 12-24mm lens and it fit in this case with the hood inverted. The lens hood for the 12-24 is quite large so it was nice to find a great case it would fit in. It has been used just a couple times. Zipper and Velcro straps work perfectly. It's just a little dusty from sitting on my lens shelf. Shipping: will ship via USPS First Class Package Service with the cost included with the sale.
