Thanks to Okami, I now have a v3 (Komine) of this lens. So time to unload my v2. I picked up the v2 on eBay a month or two ago, but haven't used it much. Probably paid a bit more than I should have, but I was feeling flush and impatient at the time. Will sell for a loss here, or will take it to eBay if no one's interested.

Condition is good. Bit of normal wear. Slow barrel creep if the barrel starts in a middling position when turning the camera upside down. No barrel creep if the barrel starts fully "up" (i.e. towards the body). Appears fungus-free. Glass is in very good condition - no visible flaws I've found in my admittedly limited shooting. Since I'm new selling here (a handful of purchases under my belt), I'll offer the purchaser 5 days to review and inspect before considering the sale final. If, before 5 days, seller wants to return for any reason, I'll refund full price minus shipping.

Also updated OP to reflect Sakar UV filter, not Promaster. Realized I'd mis-typed the brand name when I was packing it up to quote shipping for someone.
