Item Description
I bought this lens used in 2010 from a camera store. It was clearly used by its former owner. I am parting with it reluctantly, but I haven't used it as much as I thought I would, so there is no point in hanging onto it. The glass is fine, as are the mechanicals; the cosmetics, not so much. There is a noticeable dent in the built in lens hood that was repaired to an extent and repainted. I can't see any vignetting effect from the dent, and since there are no filter threads on this lens, it really is not a functional problem. For what it is worth, there is a similar dent in the metal lens cap. There is also a dent in the aperture stop-down ring. I have tried to show these dents in the pictures. Otherwise, the body is pretty decent; all of the markings are quite legible.The aperture blades look clean, the shift mechanism works as it should, and the filter ring is functional (the filter ring gives the choice of Skylight, Y2 or O2). I have not taken photos with the Y2 or O2 filters because I almost never shoot in B&W. I have the front and rear caps, and I can include a copy of the instruction sheet, such as it is. I have also included a photo I took recently, handheld, ISO 200 at f4 (the suburban home). I have attached other photos taken with the lens during the time I have owned it. I have tried to price the lens taking into account the cosmetic issues.


I would prefer to ship to USA only, but am willing to ship overseas. As to shipping costs, I simply don't want to lose money on that. I you live near Mechanicsburg, PA, I will deliver it in person. Once I know where you are, I will check on shipping
