Item Description
For sale is a Tokina AT-X 400mm f5.6 prime lens.
This is a Tokina AT-X 400mm f5.6 AF SD Close Focus prime lens. The build is all-metal, with an integrated sliding metal hood.
The lens is an internal focus design. Aperture blades and clean and snappy. Optics are pristine, clean and clear.
The only signs of wear are minor, such as on the tripod foot and in some of the lettering (the "-X" is worn off from AT-X,
a bit of the "i" in Tokina and a bit of the "A" in "AF400").
A great companion to a DA55-300 because it's light with very good IQ.

A good TC will cost you as much if not more and cost you a stop of light. With this lens you get 400mm for about the same speed as a 300mm lens. Did I mention it's a very light and would be great for those who are concerned about the extra weight when hiking?
