I purchased this lens used here on Pentaxforums last year and have not used it much.
I am moving away from Pentax completely to Fuji and this is one of my last lenses.
I can provide sample pictures I have taken with this lens if requested.
The lens is in great shape. I can only see a couple of tiny specs of dust when closely examining the front of the lens.
There is no noticeable impact to image quality and I have done aggressive pixel peeping.
There is no haze or scratches or fungus. There is some slight wear on the tripod collar.
The front and rear caps are not the Sigma caps. The back cap is a Pentax brand cap and the front cap is a generic one. That is how I received it.
Bonus: I am including a Sigma Brand 77mm DG UV filter. I put it on the lens as soon as I received it.

The item is in used condition but works great. I don't envision any reason you would need to return it. I will be insuring the package for the full purchase price so if it is broken in transit I will take returns.
