Up for sale is the famous Pentax DA* 16-50mm f2.8 lens

The lens is in good condition, the barrel is clean and in good shape but the the front of the lens has some paint chipped (see the last picture) though it does not interfere with neither weather sealing nor the functionality of the lens.

The glass is in very good condition though with some minor light faint scratches (won't affect the image quality) and some minor internal lens dust.

Everything function as it should, including the SDM.

Include the front lens cap and rear lens cap only, no other accessories are included.

Could you explain a little more about "front of the lens is a little beat up"? Where is the damage? You also say the glass is in very good condition.

Also can I assume that no hood comes with the lens?

Correct, though the damage is cosmetic only and does not interfere with weather sealing.

Only lens caps are included. So no hood or other accessories
