I don't use these lenses enough to justify keeping them... Both lenses were kept in a dust free, smoke free temperate environments. They are in near mint condition. they may have speck of dust in the outside of the front or rear elements. SMC Pentax-FA 31mm F1.8 AL Limited (silver) AIV. SOLD SMC Pentax-F* 300mm f4.5 ED [IF] - a beauty! It may have some speck of dust in the inside (which would be normal for a lens of that age for the F*300mm), but I cannot see any. The exterior has no sign of wear (which is exceptional for this lens), except very little scuffs underneath the tripod mount. I paid 1100$ US. Bought here in PF in March 2013 from original owner , see original listing here : https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/36-sold-items/219794-sale-sold-smc-pentax...1168341-a.html I am now asking 1000$ USD - paypal fees included it is complete with ALL the original parts, including the tripod mount, and the box, manual and paper work it came with new, and the lens body is in unmarked essentially MINT condition, with the tripod mount in Excellent condition. I took incredible shots with this one. (see bald eagle below, and more in this thread..). I bought it first to use with a AFA 1.7x, in the meantime I go to a longer focal, but a few months later I bought a FA 250-600mm f5.6, and more recently a DA* 300mm, so this one almost stayed in my closet since... So I am satisfied with the DA300, and prefer the wheather resistance of it... even though it is bigger and heavier. this is a sample from the F* 300mm f4.5, it was also selected for the Flickr explore page (10,500 views as of today) ...
