Bought this lens used at B & H late last year and acquired the original Pentax metal lens cap afterward (it came with a generic plastic lens cap) and installed a B+W protective filter as well. I can include the receipt if you'd like.
The lens is in excellent condition, showing some normal sign of use, including several tiny scratches on the metal lens hood. Refer to the pictures and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The picture I provided of the scratches on the lens cap actually make it look a lot worse than it is (I had to play with light reflection to get the scratches to show).
Front and rear element are in excellent condition. The lens is sharp from 1.8 and focusses well (doesn't require much focus adjustment on m k-5ii).
If you read the reviews, you know the lens shows some purple fringing at 1.8, but you can correct it in post processing.
The rendering is truly unique and I'm sad to sell it. I acquired the DA 70mm solely because it was cheaper and still a good lens. However hard I try to justify it, photography is a hobby and I have a hard time justifying the cost difference between the two (although I clearly prefer the 77mm).
I'm including a Lowpro soft case with the lens.
The B+W filter is also included.
