Great walk around lens in excellent shape and well taken care of. No issues with lens, glass is clean and scratch free, always kept UV filter on. Includes, hood, caps, box and UV filter. Reason why I'm sell ins that I picked up the DA 16-85.

Just asking, what's your source about this lens being discontinued?

If you're going by Amazon, it's not true. Someone has been updating different labels at different times, in which case the venerable DA* 50-135 and DA 35mm f2.8 have also been discontinued, but they are still on the Pentax lens lineup and definitely not discontinued last I checked.

Click here for a list of Pentax lenses marked 'discontinued' on Amazon... I think some seller is trying to get people to buy lenses by making them think stock will run out.
