Item Description
A very similar lens to its cousin, the Vivitar macro focusing teleconverter, this m42 converter by Panagor features an additional focusing helical that allows for 1:10 to 1:1 macro magnification when used in conjunction with a 50mm prime lens.

Item is in fantastic condition and appears virtually unused.

I saw one of these on e-bay not that long ago, when I was buying my Samigon 135/2.8. I wonder if it's the same one - they can't be all that common, surely?

Whatever the merits or otherwise of teleconverters of that era, this looks like a good one with an extra neat trick up its sleeve! I wonder what happens if you put anything other than a 50mm lens on it.

I've had this one for going on a year, so not the ebay one. It's not super common, but they pop up form time to time. It will allow pretty much any lens to focus in closer, but you might not get all the way to 1:1 with different focal lengths.
