Wanted - Acquired: upgraded "kit" lens

Ok so I found a body for a good deal lower than the budget so I am now looking for a upgraded "kit" lens. Something like a 17-50/16-45/17-70/18-135 for somewhere around $200 preferably below $200.

I would aim at Sigma 17-70 2.8-4.5 DC Macro ( non HSM) , excellent lens and can get it for under $200 used.
