Up for sale is my Tamron Adaptall 200mm f/3.5 telephoto lens. I picked this up from another forum member over a year ago, but have never really had a chance to put it to good use. It's built like a tank, and has a great slide-out hood. I mainly picked it up for the Adaptall mount, but I've had a lot of close-up vision issues since my diabetes diagnosis, and unless I'm using focus peaking + 6x magnification on a tripod (not always practical)...I have to rely on the focus confirmation light...and that's a crap shoot at best. Letting it go to somebody else that can better enjoy it.
Body is in great physical shape, no nicks or chips, anything like that. Sliding hood is nice and tight, and the focus ring is really smooth. Really nice build quality. The glass is in great shape overall, but there a couple of particles that appear to be on the inside of the rear element, but nothing that's ever affected image quality. No fungus, haze, any of that stuff, and the aperture assembly works as it should. Tripod mount is in excellent shape, as well. The overall paint on the lens and tripod mount is really shiny -- very sharp looking appearance.
