[SOLD] Vivitar 2x P KA Macro Teleconvertor

Staff note: This post may contain affiliate links, which means Pentax Forums may earn a small commission if a visitor clicks through and makes a purchase. If you would like to support the forum directly, you may also make a donation here.

This is the Macro 1:1 2x TC with the electrical contacts. So everything from an A series lens nad higher is transmitted (Not SDM) to the camera body but focus is manual.

Very good as a macro lens with a good lens attached such as a 50mm and makes a good TC as well.

SOLD including Paypal. Shipping to USA and Canada incl Elsewhere $10.00

The last one of these to sell on Ebay went for $68 + shipping and it was the "M: series version with out the electrical contacts. So for about $25 in the difference you get a much more accurate exposure and easier to use version.

Edit I will only be around to ship this item tomorrow as I will be away from home until the 10th of July. So if you are interested, before tomorrow night I'll get it out quickly. Until the 10th I'll have very limited computer access but will try to answer emails/PM's when possible. The attached picture is from the very same convertor for sale.

Vivitar 2X Macro Focusing Teleconverter MC - Pentax PK - eBay (item 150256956250 end time Jun-15-08 18:20:25 PDT)

Surprising. The A-versions may not be the rarest item ever, but they are not exactly common either. I had to post a wanted ad to get mine.

Hey Pete, if you don't have a buyer out of those first set of PM's I think I will take it. I just need to check something when I get home to be sure before I commit.

I have the MC model of this lens and can't figure out how to use it. Or I should say it will only focus on the 00 setting as you see in the picture, If someone understands how these things focus with a lens attached.
