I believe "price checking" is frowned upon. If you're serious about selling, put up a price and some photos of/with the lens.

sorry for late reply.. pics here (aspect ratio screwed up whiilst resizing) will get some sample shots taken with the lens tomorrow so you can see how sharp it is at 2.8! pretty amazing
