Item Description
This lenses is from the first series of Pentax star lenses and the only M* series.

There is no fungus,fog or dust in the lenses. Some mark on the lenses hood but the inside element are in perfect condition.
A bit heavy but metal protected the element for about 35 years or more!
Come with original front cap and rear cap.

This is a great lenses , great for bird photography even tough it's not AF it's pretty easy to be on focus.It was really interesting to use with the O-GPS1 and catching Andromeda galaxy(see attach album)

As I understand it this is the smallest 300mm Full Frame lens every made. I feels really good in the hand and is very easy to use, yielding excellent results. They do not appear often so get it quick. I do not know the op but I do know and treasure the lens.

I love the lens and can not wait to use it on the K1 full frame camera.

Indeed this lens is extremely lightweight - no need for a tripod collar and very handholdable. The lens quality is terrific and the images it takes are as good as the 3 Amigos!

Why don't you go for the F*300 4.5? That lens may be cost around 600-700. I once used that lens from my brother. It's also a great lens.
