A spectacular lens, provides IQ that is as good as any prime lens of similar focal length at the wide end. Needs to be stopped down to f/5.6 to get the most of it at 300mm, but it beats the hell out of any of the 70-300mm consumer zoom options.

Pentax K10D - Sigma 100-300mm f/4 @ f/4 1/250th ISO 100 wireless AF540FGZ flash with 1/4 CTO gel.

I wish I had the money to get this lens! Had one back when I had a K-20 (years and years ago) and loved the focal length just not the f/4 while not having higher ISO capability. Now with high ISO being useable and a Pentax FF now available, really would love this lens over the 60-250 that I ended up getting years ago.
