Includes original front and rear caps and aftermarket lens pouch. The body of the lens is near mint and in like new condition. There is one small white spot on the focus ring (can be seen in 2nd and 3rd images). Glass is perfect with no scratches, fungus or haze. Aperture blades are snappy and oil free.
