Here's the thing, there have been a few for sale but you can buy a brand new one from Prodigital2000 for $620. Anyone trying to sell one is asking around $600 which I just can't justify.

Yeah, I saw prodigital's 12-24 with 8yr warranty and 77mm filter for $630 + 18 shipping - very good deal. I was just wondering if anyone wanted to sell on in the $550 range... If I get no offers, I'll go with prodigital.

Even at $550, that's what, an 11% saving (70/620). Just not enough.

I think peopel paid near $800 so feel $600 is fine but it's not that much anymore.

Very true. I won't pay more than 75% of the price of a new lens for a used one. There's just no sense to pay any more.

Yeah it's the 25% rule.

The lens is $630 at prodigtial, 630*1.12 (taxes for CDNS) = 705. 705*.75 = $529
