Kit comes with original box and all original accessories (battery & charger, nylon strap, USB cable, video cable, lens hood, center-squeeze lens cap, rear lens cap). This camera & lens make an excellent weather resistant combo.
Body is in very good shape overall. The only signs of wear are some light scuffing on the rear screen, in particular a series of light scratches on the left (visible in photos below). Does not affect function. Shutter count: 5200.
Lens is in excellent condition. No scratches / dust / clouding. This is one of the 18-55mm lenses with the WR rating (not all of the kit lenses include weather sealing.) I will also include a Sigma UV filter that has been on the lens since new.

Excellent condition, barely used. Adds GPS photo tagging, GPS logging, and startracing function to many Pentax cameras. According to Pentax it is compatible with K-r, K-30, K-50, K-S1, K-S2, K-5, K-5 II, K-5 IIs, K-3. Partial support on K-01, 645D, 645Z.
Comes with original box & materials. Requires a AAA battery (not included).
