Item Description
For sale is a SMC Pentax FA Limited 77mm f1.8 in excellent condition. The lens shows minimal wear on the outside, no dent or mark. The glass and coatings are in excellent condition, no scratch. No fungus, haze, or spotting to the internals. Blades are snappy and free of oil.

It's not only silver but a low serial number... I can't imagine this lasting more than a few hours. Congrats in advance both on the sale and to whoever buys this.

Believe it or not, but, when it was first released, the FA 77/1.8 Limited was available only in silver. Then, eventually, Pentax released black versions (which were the scarce ones at first, of course). Nowadays, the silver ones are the less common "flavor" of 77/1.8 pixie dust (or pixel dust).

Here's my "new" black one next to my "old" silver one (before the silver one was sold to pay for the black one) --

[The original pics were taken probably about 15 years or so ago.]

And the FA 77/1.8 Limited is still my favorite FA Limited lens. Some lucky buyer is gonna LOVE this lens.

I almost brought her home...would have been a twin to mine which is also a very low SN, though not quite as low as the one offered here

...but then the other two sisters would have been insanely jealous so I came to my senses.
