Item being sold: Pentax K-3 II w/ Battery Grip
Camera is in Mint Condition and has operated without flaw throughout the entirety of use. LCD has been protected by screen protector since it left the original box.
Battery Grip has a small posterior cosmetic gash (pictured) which does not affect the use of the item in any way. This resulted from attempting to unscrew battery grip from camera. The plastic screw mechanism of the battery grip is difficult to access (particularly with large fingers) and produce enough leverage to unscrew the grip if it is tight. After trying in vain to unscrew the grip with my fingers multiple times, I resorted to using an object which could fit into the grooves of the screw mechanism. This worked, but the resulting release of pressure caused the object to slip, resulting in the minor scratch. This occurred in the first week. I have since learned to tighten the grip only so much that I can easily turn the mechanism with my fingers in the opposite direction. This resulted in absolutely no compromise in the functionality of the grip. (The camera itself did not suffer from the scratch as photos will demonstrate).
