Yep, I want a Pentax *ist D. No lenses required, I just want the body to be in good condition and fully working.

Yeah, it's funny how I'm kind of going full circle - my first DSLR was a Pentax *ist DS. Since then I've settled on Nikon (since a VERY brief flirtation with Canon), but I just so admire Pentax' dedication to prime lenses. I can't afford one of teh newer cameras, and I always envied people that had the D, so here I am!

Fingers crossed something will appear!

Hey,
I'm in Calgary, Canada. Last time I was at the local camera store, (which is REALLY called 'the Camera Store') they had a used Ist D for sale there. I can check it out for you and let you know how much it's going for.

They only carry used stuff in pretty good condition.

$300 + shipping and insurance

I also have the BG-1 grip.. $345 with camera + shipping and insurance.

I will be posting all my gear this weekend and this will be listed to the marketplace then.
