Commenting on comment, not price:
I wanted to check recent ebay prices to confirm whether this comment had something to justify breaking forum rules. NO examples currently, neither recently completed nor currently for sale. Which in and of itself says something. But by memory, I think item, its condition, included value (filter, shipping, insurance) may make this comment out of line.
I know the no-commenting rule is contentious, but perhaps before breaking it one might ask "if an owner were offered this price for that lens + extras, might they reasonably turn it down?"
Then, there's the standard argument, "PM the OP if you feel you must comment on a price."
