Item Description
This is the non-SDM choice over the DA*50-135mm, with a few more mm's of reach and *much* faster autofocus! Downside is that it isn't weather-sealed, and it doesn't say Pentax on it.

I bought this on the forums this past spring and used it sparingly this summer, but found I use the 20-40mm a lot more often than I ever need the extra bit of reach. HSM focus is very quick and silent, not prone to failure, and the image quality is excellent. Everything works fine, and it includes front and rear caps, hood, case, and original box with papers, etc.

Full disclosure: this lens has a spec of dirt on one of the internal elements that can be plainly seen (photo below is a macro of it), but has never appeared in any photos. The previous owner was unaware of the glob, so I tested the lens like crazy expecting to see something at f/22 or against blue sky, but got nothing at all. Not even weird flare!
