I'm the original owner - purchased about 2 years ago, but hardly ever used it. The lenses I use 98% of the time are all AF lenses so don't really need this anymore. Like new condition - works perfectly.
Comes with everything it came with - box, warranty info card, instructions, and pouch.
Special note: if you look closely at the photo of the front mount, it appears that one of the contacts is discolored - It's not! All the other contacts are rounded - the 'discolored is flat which gives a totally different reflection.
