Ravelli 4 Section Tripod - Donating to Member in Need

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
Ravelli 4 Section Tripod - Donating to Member in Need

Asking Price
1.00 USD

Item Location
Maryland (United States)

Item Description
Took me long enough... But I finally upgraded my tripod and ball head.

My old rig served me well for 2 years. Figured I'd donate it to another PF member who's just starting out and needs some support.

It's a 4 section Ravelli tripod, aluminum, twist locks.
Sold on Amazon a few years ago, no longer available.

Comes with the ball head and carrying bag.
The ball head is a proprietary system, does not fit standard arcaswiss plates.

I'm not looking to make any money on it, just ask that whoever needs it will pay for shipping. Otherwise the tripod and included ball head are free to a good home.

Message me your zipcode and I'll estimate shipping costs.

Happy Holidays!
-Logan

I have a couple of tripods and mono-pods plus several head/QR systems so I'm not in need of any more but I must say your generosity is outstanding, kudos to you. I love the way PF members look after each other in this way. I had the opportunity to help out another forum member with a battery cover for a Spotmatic II a few months back. I had one I didn't need on a scrapped camera and the other guy had just bought a SPII with a missing battery cover. No money changed hands but it made me feel good to help someone out.

Seasons greetings to you and yours.

If it weren't for this forum I would have never gotten into photography. I started here before owning a DSLR, and made my first purchase (K-30) from the Marketplace.

This is my way of giving back to the community. If someone can use my old gear, I'd rather see it go to a good home for free.
I worked hard in college to support my hobbies, so I know every bit helps when you're starting out.

Giving this a free bump to reward the generous offer!

The school I teach in has one of these, and I have used it on many occasions, mostly for video of assemblies and concerts. Maybe not the smallest, lightest, sturdiest, or anything-est, but a good basic tripod that gets the job done. Anybody who doesn't have a tripod and wants to improve their photos should jump at this.

Thanks, Logan, for reminding us of the spirit of the holidays!
