Wanted - Acquired: K-S2 for my K-3

I'm looking to 'sidegrade' and trade my K-3 for your K-S2.

My K-3 will include:
- K-3 body with @ 4,000 clicks (I'm still using it as my primary dSLR so it will increment accordingly)
- 3 batteries (one Pentax, two aftermarket)
- Pentax charger and aftermarket charger
- glass screen protector, strap, body cap, standard viewfinder eyecup
- box, manuals, CD

When I compare the active listings on the buy/sell forum, My K-3 is probably worth $525 - $550 USD.

Your K-S2 should also be fairly low-mileage, with strap, body cap, and batteries. I would also expect there to be an additional exchange of funds from you to me to account for the difference. Case in point - a K-S2 recently sold on the buy/sell forum for $300 USD, so approximately $225 - $250 would be provided to me.
