Pentax FA 645 45mm F2.8 Lens. For Pentax 645 cameras, including 645Z & 645D. Excellent condition. Glass is flawless - no scratch, fungus, haze, or mark. Super clean. There's only very little paint loss on focus ring. It works perfectly. Comes with both original caps.
