Item Description
I'm selling all of my Pentax gear and moving to another system. Except as noted, all of the following were bought new:

Pentax k-3. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box except for the hot shoe cover, which I cannot locate. It includes 2 extra batteries, one a Pentax and one a Watson. It has 7,823 shutter actuations. It also has a KatzEye focus screen installed. The KatzEye has the Optibrite coating, the split prism with microprism collar, Pentax AF area brackets and the Architectural Grid. $600 with the KatzEye, $475 without. New price $450 without the Katzeye, which had been sold. The k-3 itself is now SOLD.



Pentax k2000. This has been my wife's camera. She is tired of carrying a DSLR and will be getting something smaller. It is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box except for the Pentax strap, which I cannot locate. If the buyer needs a strap, I can include a neoprene one. 7,244 shutter actuations. $100. SOLD.




Pentax k100D. This is in poor to fair condition. I bought this used recently for one purpose. I have a DA*300mm f4 (for sale below) which has had an intermittent issue with the SDM autofocus. I bought this body because it can be used to perform the SDM to screw drive conversion. I did look this camera over and found that the sensor was pretty dirty. I cleaned it pertty well, but there were a few problem areas that I was unable to remedy. It will take photos that are usable, but I have not used it for actual photography. $30. SOLD.



Sigma 18-200 f3.5-6.3 II DC lens. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. It has the HSM autofocus motor. $200. New price $180. If you want to try a super zoom for a walk-around lens, this is as good as any and better than most. SOLD.



Sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 EX. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. It includes a 77mm protective filter. $180. SOLD



Pentax DA* 300mm f4. This is in excellent condition, with a caveat, and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. I bought this lens a little over 3 years ago. About 18 months ago, it began having intermittent problems with the SDM autofocus motor. Essentially, what happens is if you do not use the lens for several days, when you first turn on the camera with the lens attached, it will not autofocus. If you activate the autofocus either by depressing the shutter half way or using the autofocus button on the back while turning the focus ring back and forth, the autofocus will wake up (my description). It will then continue to work for the rest of the day. It seems like if you use the lens daily, it simply works better. As mentioned above, I bought an old k100D body to try the screwdrive conversion, which I did. I didn't care for it because it was too noisy and seemed to be slower. So, I put it back to SDM. Besides the usual pictures of the gear, I have included a series of shots of a little green heron catching a fish at a Florida wildife preserve a couple of weeks ago. They were shot as a burst using the 300 on the Pentax 1.4 TC, on autofocus, of course. $700. New price $650 NOW $550. SOLD.






















Pentax DA 35mm f2.4, aka plastic fantastic. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. It includes the Pentax rubber hood. $80. New price $65. SOLD.

Pentax DA 18-250mm f3.5-6.3. This is in excellent condition, and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. This was my wife's lens and was on the k2000 almost constantly. $180. SOLD.



Pentax DA 1.4x Teleconverter. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. Works great with the 300mm. $375. SOLD.



Pentax O-GPS-1. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. $135. New price $115. SOLD.



Pentax 0-ME53 magnifying eyepiece. This is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, and all of the stuff that came in the box. $15. SOLD

Metz 36AF-4 flash for Pentax. This is in excellent condition and includes the manual. I no longer have the box. $50. SOLD



I have electronic copies of most of the manuals, which I will gladly email to any purchaser. I will also email to the purchaser of the 300mm the original and screw drive conversion firmware files if they want them.
