PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing Item for Sale
A*300/4 Lens
[Sold] Item Description
I purchased this lens from a forum member a while back and love it. But, as you probably know, as one gets older - the eyesight is not as good. Having said this, I cannot focus as fast as I once could.
If only the animals would stay still a bit longer...
I just purchased an autofocus DA*300 lens and no longer need this one.
Anyway, the lens works great. But it is well used. It has some scratches in the front objective (glass) but it looks like they may only be in the coating. You have to look just right to see the scratches - it is hardly noticeable. There are some small scratches and scuffs on the lens hood.
The aperture blades are clean, snappy, and work well. I do not have the original lens caps, but will provide a N!%@# front lens cap and a Zenit rear lens cap. It also comes with a deeper, screw in lens cap. You have your choice of the slide out lens hood or the screw in one.
Bottom line, the lens works great! If you are interested in a great working lens as less than half the price of a mint condition lens, then this is what you are looking for. If the cosmetics are important to you - don't bother with this lens.

Payment to be made via Google Checkout. I have had problems with PayPal: high fees, delayed refunds to customers, etc. I will need your email address to send an invoice, and you then pay with your credit or debit card. Just like PayPal - only not as painful!
