Wanted - Acquired: K-S2 (to try in Toronto area) or (to buy preferably from Canadian seller)

Interested in a K-S2. My daughter likes my K-5 but finds it hard to hold. She'd love to be able to try one out, but Pentax isn't supported at the local big chains so they don't have floor stock. So if anyone has one to try, that would be fantastic.

At the right price we'd probably just buy it. Preferably from a Canadian seller in CDN funds.

Body only, or with a lens - either will work.

Get a K70, it's a lot better.

That is quite a jump in price, and if the K-70 is modeled after the K-50, she's not going to be comfortable holding it.

There is a store in London that carries Pentax (Forest City Image Centre). Their web store has one for $649.97with kit lens I don't know if the brick and mortar store has same deal. Not sure if that helps.

Thanks Surfer. I've had my eye on them for a while. They even have one in store to try out, but the only day I'd be able to get out there is Sunday, and they are closed then. We might take the risk and order one, or possibly buy a second hand one here to save a bit of money. But the 649 deal is tempting.

contact rental companies

I have used LensRental.com from Tennessee

I would call or use email to contact them and see if they would rent some Pentax equipment to you even though you live outside of the US
