Item Description
I love my DSLR gear but as I mainly use it for fieldwork documentation, it hangs around my neck (along with other non-camera gear) for hours over long distances and long story short, I've switched to the quirky little Q. Prices for individual items listed below. Added 100mm macro 10/24
Pentax K-3 ii - $650
Purchased new from Adorama several months ago, still in very close to new condition. I have found the built-in GPS invaluable and wish it were a feature on every camera. Shutter count 9946 (I shoot a lot of bursts). Comes with original box and papers, strap, batter, charger, etc. Might be still under warranty, I'll have to get the box out and check.
D-FA 100mm f2.8 Macro WR - $350 SOLD
This lens needs no introduction. Purchased used from Adorama in excellent condition, still in excellent condition. One of my favorite lenses, but the focal length is a bit too long for me adapted on the Q. Would also be open to trading for the Q 08 Wide Zoom. Comes with hood, caps, original box, and manual.
D-BG5 Grip - $60 SOLD
Purchased with K-3 ii, a couple light scuffs in the plastic from normal usage but otherwise in excellent condition. Comes in original box with both inserts. Purchase together with the K-3 ii at $50 for $750 total.
M 50mm f1.7 - $35
I've had this one a good long time and it's one of my favorites. Sharp even wide open, distinctive bokeh character, my preferred lens for "brenizer-style" shallow-dof stitching. Textured outer focus ring slightly loose (will turn separately from lens if held loosely), doesn't impact usage.
F 35-70 f3.5-4.5 - $45
Purchased from a forum member about a year ago. Excellent compact lens (barely bigger than the M 50), quick autofocus, useful macro function at 70mm. Beautiful glass and excellent imaging characteristics. When turning manual focus ring there's a slight "catch" at about the 12' mark on the focus scale, has not been a problem in usage and does not affect autofocus.
Sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 - $200 SOLD
My "daily driver" in the field, overshadowed by the f3.5 constant and the 8-16mm but a perfectly respectable ultrawide and the lightest and most compact of the bunch. Purchased here on the forums several months ago. Altogether in very good condition with one small (about 1mm long) imperfection in the front element (pictured) that has not shown up in images. Comes with original zippered soft case, hood, and cap (if I can find it).
