New, unopened, unused and unregistered Pentax K-3 with, new, unused K-3 grip. Originally purchased at B&H Photo at retail price but never used.
I am currently content using K-5's, K-1 and 645Z and doubt I will end up using this new camera. My loss, your gain.

Nice! One almost never sees something like this. I presume that the original warranty expired after your original purchase?

Yes it's uncommon to resell a new camera body. I've bought every flagship dslr Pentax has made since leaving film. I still have them all. However, with the K 3 I have been tied up with other cameras and other interest and so never opened the box. It may be that the warranty is not valid. I do not know if a BH purchase automatically initiates the warranty. Perhaps yes, perhaps not. It has not been registered. I have never had an issue with a Pentax body (over 20 bodies) in 40 years so I have never had to use a warranty.
