I just realized that my earlier asking price of $580 was way too high compared to the market history of this lens...I don't know where I got that initial value, but I'm thinking $420 is much more reasonable. Thanks for your consideration!

Background: This is one out of a number of 645 format lenses and film cameras I recently purchased as a package from a seller who acquired the collection from an estate. Clearly the items were well cared for by the original using owner. I am selling off the most significant items (lenses and cameras) individually.

Pentax A* 300 F/4 Lens: Glass appears pristine with no signs of scuffing, scratches, haze, fungus or delamination. Minimal internal dust. Snappy aperture blades with no signs of grease or oil. Body is in great shape, but does have some usage marks which I've attempted to clearly show in the provided photos.

Pentax Case: Original Pentax branded case is in like new condition except for the "300 ED" handwritten inscription on the top cover.

Pentax Front Cap: Minor scuff marks on the black plastic. Silver Pentax embossing shows no paint loss.
Pentax Rear Cap: Minor scratches.

Bump for an awesome looking lens! Not sure about size differences, but seems like one that would adapt nicely to many different formats.
