I can't believe this is still here! If anyone is on the fence about picking this up, this lens is stellar on the k1!

Pretty strong results for the "weak" end of the range.

Thanks y'all! It's a great lens, and if it was weather sealed it would have never seen the Marketplace. I wouldn't have been tempted by the wiley D-FA at all.

Was thinking the same thing about my Tamron. I saw a hawk take out a pigeon about eight feet away from me. I hesitated taking it out in the rain (thought the K1 would've been fine) and missed the opportunity as the hawk got spooked and the pigeon then got up and flew away.
