Camera has some wear on the side hinges, and a few minor scratches
Lens is made specifically for this camera and is in excellent condition.
Most of the price is in the lens.

And just think... whoever buys this will instantly double the perceived focusing speed of all their other lenses — even the manual focus ones... 🙂

Seriously, it’s a cool piece of history, and the 35-70 is optically very good.

The ME F with this lens was first autofocus camera system, from what I have read.

A friend had one of these combos. It was quite something back in the day and pointed the way foward.

I hope the camera and lens stays together - they are really made to go together. The lens do not autofocus with any other Pentax body. No other autofocus lens was made for the MEF, either.

In addition the ME-F offers focus confirmation with manual focus lenses.
Otherwise it's functionally identical to the very popular Pentax ME Super.
