I am motivated to sell this lens. It is a very good lens and I sell because of downsizing my Pentax gear to native zooms + few limited primes. And I don't intend to go FF on Pentax.

Cheers,
Hin

I do use wide open with the Tamron. It is pretty sharp for a zoom. I have used it with K-3, K-5 and K-20. Please check the sale thread and click all the pictures that I posted, they have exif in Flickr. I am sure many of them are wide open -- the firework shots were likely wide open.

I had purchased DA* 16-50 and I have decided to stay aps-c for Pentax and hence I sell the zoom to trim gear. I have full frame in Sony. If I find interesting wide open shots, I will update you

Cheers,
Hin

How sharp is it at 2.8? I've had one of these before and it was terrible wide open. But I'm pretty sure I just had a bad copy.

f/2.8

I finally find the buyer for Tamron 28-75 f/2.8. This is a great lens and I have the hardest time to find the right buyer. The few pictures are some of my best memories. This zoom will go greatly with Tamron 17-35mm f/2.8-4.0 as a pair and they have worked really well for me.

Cheers,
Hin

Will keep the DA 35mm f/2.8 macro limited. It is a dependable lens and great with product shots, food porn, and flowers and one lens do it all type of shooting.

Will mark as withdrawn and close out this sale thread. Thanks to all buyers in the series.

Cheers,
Hin
