One Pentax-M 135mm f3.5, looks to have not seen much use. I bought it just to try as I had never tried one. I would rate this one as good+ (being conservative). Everything works as it should. I have another lens in this focal range that is auto focus, so I am letting this one go to free up some space.
To sweeten the deal I will include a SMC K series SMC Pentax 55mm F1.8. Everything works as it should. When viewed with a bright light, This one has a moderate amount of dust and some marks (2nd 55mm pic) at the edge of one of the internal elements. That being said, I have used this lens for over 2 years and see no affect on image quality. Everything works as it should. I have also used it with makeshift extension tube (gutted 2x converter) to get close "bokeh". Here are some pics taken with this lens:
