Bought this used early this year and used almost exclusively with the Pentax DA 1.4 teleconverter. It is the crown jewel of my lineup and the lens I will miss most. I'm only letting it go since I am planning to pick up the Nikon 500mm f/5.6. It's basically my dream lens, so I'm going to make the transition.

This lens produces fantastic images with great sharpness, colors and contrast. It has great weather sealing and build quality, but is still relatively light for what it is.
Condition is mechanically and optically great, and front and rear element are in excellent condition. Aperture blades are clean and dry. The manual focus ring does feel a little bit "loose" but this does not affect the autofocus performance at all and it is still fully functional. Comes with original case (I forgot to take a picture), front and rear caps and the tripod collar. I do not have the original box or paperwork. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE REMOVABLE TAB FROM THE LENS HOOD FOR THE CIRCULAR POLARIZER. I'VE ORDERED A NEW HOOD IN THE MAIL AND WILL SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS OF THE BUYER IF I DO NOT RECEIVE IT BEFORE THE ITEM SELLS.
