Asking Price 315.00 AUD Item Location NSW (Australia) Item Description  Sad to see this one go but I don't like leaving lenses collecting dust, since acquiring a silver HD DA 35/2.8 Macro I really can't justify holding onto this one. I bought this from a seller in America, came with the silver K5 and as far as I know that was the only way to get this silver version of the DA 40 XS. Here you can see it's low pancake profile sitting on my KP;  Soon after receiving the lens I placed a UV filter onto it, it's lived on it ever since, I don't believe I have ever touched the front or rear elements with anything other than a rocket blower. Never been dropped, cradled with love, this thing doesn't appear to have a scratch on it, it really is like new (or like 1 week after owning a new one  )Some more pics;   Now I know my asking price is quite a bit more than what a regular DA 40 XS costs. Currently my searching shows a new Black DA 40 XS going for $329AUD, or a used silver one from a Japan eBay seller going for $412AUD ($372 + $40 shipping). So my price seems more than fair for this rare gem. Unlike my current other sales this one is currently not up on eBay yet, I shall hold off for a week or two before listing there.
