Item Description
For sale is the out of production FA50/2.8 Macro Pentax prime. On an APS-C sized sensor it becomes approximately a 75mm focal length. It has been called the sharpest lens Pentax has ever produced and I would have to agree it is impressive. It is a true macro and the focus clamp switch on the lens is in perfect working condition. The body is in great shape (very minor body wear) and the build quality of this lens is excellent. The glass is very clean and the focus ring is smooth. The lens comes with original Pentax caps. All interested parties should PM. I'm asking $290 + $10 shipping within the CONUS, where I prefer to ship this item.

I'm thinking the slow economy has people slowing down their shopping a bit. This really is a great piece of glass that could be put to work by a 'real' macro shooter... of which I am not hah. Its rep for sharpness and IQ is well deserved.
