For the last two years I've shot 100% of my K-1 photos with a Zacuto viewfinder attached to the back of my K-1's. In my opinion, it's the best wait to nail critical focus with fast lenses & wide apertures on manual focus lenses. Above is a short video on the value of using this very viewfinder, and how to use it. There are various sizes of Zacuto viewfinders, and I've owned a number of them. I've finally settled on this size/model as the perfect match for the Pentax K-1 camera. This one covers the entire K-1 LCD screen, with no part of the screen blocked out (like some do). Also, unlike many stock Zacuto baseplates, with this particular base you can open the battery compartment door with this viewfinder attached. This one's all set up and ready to go. Just attach it to the bottom of your K-1, adjust the focusing wheel to fit your particular visual acuity, and you're ready to consistently nail focus with your fast manual focus lenses. This viewfinder has pristine glass and a smooth operating focusing adjustment wheel. Please note that this viewfinder will NOT fit onto a K-1 camera if the camera has a vertical grip on it. You will receive all of the extras that are show in the first photo. Of course the K-1 camera shown in the photos is not included.
