A very nice copy of the M28/3.5.

This les is quite useful on an MX or other M-body film camera for street and snap shooting. Simply set the aperture to f/8, meter for shutter speed and focus at infinity and so long as the light does not change you can simply snap what you see.

Alternatively it is a good, colorful. bright lens without significant CA and renders medium wide views for landscape well. I believe this lens is sharper than the more common M28/2.8. Works just fine on APSc and FF K-mount cameras in M Mode.

Having had the 28mm f2.8 (both M first version, and A) this is sharper and nicer rendering, especially wide open. A joy. I don't use mine a lot (I seem to reach for the Sigma 30 1.4 Art instead) but my copy of this lens is so nice I can't bring myself to think about selling it...
