This is lens 27 of a very limited series of lenses made by camera engineer, Denys Ivanichek in 2013. I believe there were less than 100 of these lenses made, making them very rare.
Lens can be used on Pentax 645 cameras (that's my 645N in the photos... it's
not included!) and of course can be adapted to other cameras (Nikon adaptation shown for illustration purposes... adapter and Nikon
not included!).
Petzval lenses give a swirly bokeh and blurred corners due to the lens design. You can read more about the design here:
