Super-Multi-Coated MACRO - TAKUMAR 1:4/100
This lens is in good cosmetic condition with smooth well damped focus throw, no zoom creep. Glass has some internal dust but there is no fungus, haze or cleaning marks. Auto/Manual button works as designed and the 6 blades are snappy and responsive.
As an S-M-C lens there is the tab to allow open metering on the Spotmatic F camera body.
Cosmetically there is minor paint loss on shoulders, rims and edges of the metal but nothing that affects operation. The original grip rubber had loosened - commented on by other owners - so I replaced the original grip material with bands of rubber from a dead lens that had the same diameter. The three bands can be seen in the picture. I will send the original rubber sheet grip material with the lens should you wish to rectify it to 'original'.
Comes with generic front and rear lens hood and the original leatherette case with velvet lining and shoulder strap in very worn external condition.
