Alot of interest!! Maybe about 10 people so far, via eBay, and other forums, but nothing in concrete.

I don't think Guam would be a problem, I have over 555 positive feedback on eBay since 1998 all shipping from Guam, and 90 positive feedback at Fred Miranda Forums, all shipping from Guam. USPS Priority Mail would take 4-6 days from here to the US mainland. I think its just a high amount for the kit, I really dont want to separate that just means I need to take more trips to the Post Office.
