Very nice used condition. There are average or fewer signs of wear on the barrel and the mount, but no sign of damage. Glass is clean, coatings are good. I don't see any dust or fungus. The diaphragm is clean with nice crisp operation. Focusing is smooth and positive. It functions as well as any example you're going to find. The only flaw is that the little dome-shaped bit on the barrel that helps line it up to mount it is missing. A cosmetic issue only. Includes proper Pentax front and rear caps. (The push-on rear cap is there as a posing stand for the lens only.)
The case is in decent shape; the foam and cloth lining are good. There is some wear, and the strap is missing, but it will protect the lens just fine.
I picked this up a few months ago from one of the fine members of this forum and was perfectly happy with it. The only reason I'm selling is that I stumbled onto a pristine Takumar macro, and I don't need two.
