Brand new and still in the box. I tried it to make sure there were no quality issues, it works fine.
The lens was purchased on Oct. 3, 2008 and comes with all cards etc.
It has a TWO YEAR Canadian Warranty, I will include a copy of the receipt for warranty purposes.
This is the 2nd version of the kit lens, I bought this as part of a K20D package but already have the 1st version which I purchased with the K10D.
