I purchased this lens new from Carmen's Foto Source (the parent company of Prodigital2000). The date of the purchase is June of 2008. I have put it on the camera less than 10 times. It's never been taken outside. I don't use it because I have too many primes and zooms in that focal distance range.

I thought I mention it that I will provide a copy of the receipt. The lens is only 4 months old. There is about 8 months of international warranty left on it. In Canada there is about 20 months of warranty left.
